Magna Staff Qualifications and Professional Skills
Magna Groups Enterprises ensures all staff go through rigorous vetting and assessment procedures to ensure consistency and the highest quality in all our service provisions. All Magna Staff are required to complete our recognised induction programme and attend regular training to meet our service delivery standards.
All Magna Staff hold the following qualifications:
- Level 2/3 in Activity Leadership for children and young people or Childcare
- Enhanced DBS check
- Child Protection / Safeguarding
- Ofsted Training
- Children's Behavioural Management
- First Aid
